Navigate to Work Orders → Packages or go to /work-orders/packages.

| Column | Description |

| Package # | Auto-generated package reference. |
| Title | Package name (e.g. “VT-ABC A-Check 2024”). |
| Aircraft | Aircraft registration. |
| WO Count | Number of work orders in the package. |
| Start Date | Planned start date of the maintenance event. |
| End Date | Planned end date. |
| Progress | Percentage of jobs completed across all WOs. |
Create Package

Click + New Package to open the form.

| Description | No | Overall scope and objectives of the maintenance event. |
4Add Work Orders
Select existing internal work orders to include in the package. Only WOs for the same aircraft are shown. You can add or remove WOs from the package at any time.
Work packages provide a consolidated view of all jobs, materials, and progress. Use the package detail page to monitor overall completion percentage.
5Submit
Click Create Package. The package is created and linked to the selected work orders. Progress is calculated automatically from the individual WO job completions.
