Group multiple work orders into a single work package for coordinated maintenance events (e.g. A-Check, C-Check, or annual inspection). Work packages consolidate jobs, materials, and labour across several WOs into a unified maintenance event with a single timeline and resource plan.

Navigate to Work Orders → Packages or go to /work-orders/packages.

Package #Auto-generated package reference.
TitlePackage name (e.g. “VT-ABC A-Check 2024”).
AircraftAircraft registration.
WO CountNumber of work orders in the package.
Start DatePlanned start date of the maintenance event.
End DatePlanned end date.
ProgressPercentage of jobs completed across all WOs.
Create Package
3Package Details

Click + New Package to open the form.

4Add Work Orders

Select existing internal work orders to include in the package. Only WOs for the same aircraft are shown. You can add or remove WOs from the package at any time.

Work packages provide a consolidated view of all jobs, materials, and progress. Use the package detail page to monitor overall completion percentage.
5Submit

Click Create Package. The package is created and linked to the selected work orders. Progress is calculated automatically from the individual WO job completions.
