Sales Enquiries

Record and track customer enquiries for parts — outright sales, exchange, overhaul, or repair. Each enquiry captures customer contact details, priority, a response deadline, and one or more part line items. Once quoted, the enquiry can be converted into a Sales Quotation. This guide covers creating, editing, and progressing enquiries through the workflow.
