Review fleet-wide utilisation metrics including aircraft hours, cycles, monthly summaries, and per-aircraft breakdowns. Monitor fleet health, identify under-utilised aircraft, and export formatted reports for management review.

Aircraft Hours Report
1 Open Aircraft Hours

Navigate to CAMO Reports → Aircraft Hours or go directly to /camo/reports/aircraft-hours. This report shows total airframe hours and cycles for each aircraft in the fleet.

2 Understand the Columns
ColumnDescription
AircraftRegistration mark (e.g. VT-ABC).
ModelAircraft type (e.g. B737-800, ATR 72-600).
Total HoursAirframe total time since new (TSN) in flight hours.
Total CyclesAirframe total cycles since new.
Last FlightDate of the most recent approved flight log entry.
Total hours and cycles are automatically updated whenever a flight log is approved. See Flight Log Entry for how hours accrue.
Aircraft Utilisation
3 Open Aircraft Utilisation

Navigate to CAMO Reports → Aircraft Utilization or go directly to /camo/reports/aircraft-utilization. This report breaks down how intensively each aircraft is being flown relative to its fleet average.

4 Review Utilisation Metrics
MetricDescription
Hours This MonthTotal flight hours logged in the current calendar month.
Cycles This MonthTotal flight cycles in the current month.
Daily AverageAverage flight hours per day over the reporting period.
Monthly AverageAverage flight hours per month over the aircraft’s lifetime.
Compare daily averages across aircraft to identify under-utilised assets. Low-utilisation aircraft may benefit from schedule redistribution or maintenance timing adjustments.

Navigate to CAMO Reports → Monthly Summary or go directly to /camo/reports/monthly-summary. This consolidated view shows month-by-month fleet activity in a single table.

6 Interpret the Data
ColumnDescription
MonthCalendar month (e.g. Jan 2026, Feb 2026).
Total FlightsNumber of flight log entries approved in that month.
Total HoursSum of block hours across all aircraft.
Total CyclesSum of cycles across all aircraft.
Total FuelSum of fuel consumed across the fleet.
Use the Monthly Summary alongside the Fleet Analytics charts for visual trend analysis.

7 PDF & Print

Each report page has PDF and Print buttons in the toolbar. Click PDF to download a formatted document, or Print for a print-optimised layout.

The exported report includes the organisation header, report title, data table, and a timestamped footer — suitable for DGCA submissions and management meetings.

Reports reflect data as of the generation time. For audit purposes, always note the timestamp shown in the report footer.
