Stock Transfers

Move inventory between stores and warehouses. Create transfer requests with line items, track shipment through initiation, transit, and receipt. This guide covers creating transfers, selecting source and destination stores, and managing the transfer lifecycle.

1Open Transfer List

Navigate to Inventory → Stock Transfers or go to /inventory/transfers.

ST NumberAuto-generated transfer reference.
From StoreSource store (name + code).
To StoreDestination store (name + code).
ReasonRebalance, Consolidation, Customer Request, or Operational.
PriorityNone, Low, Medium, High, or AOG.
StatusInitiated, In Transit, Received, or Cancelled.
ItemsNumber of line items.
DateTransfer date.
Create a Transfer
3Transfer Header

Click + New Transfer at /inventory/transfers/new.

4Add Line Items

Click Add Item and search for parts to transfer. Enter quantity, serial number, and batch number for each item.

Part NumberTypeahead search by part number or description.
QuantityUnits to transfer (min 0.01).
Serial NumberSerialised tracking (optional).
Batch NumberBatch/lot reference (optional).
Unit CostCost per unit (optional).
RemarksPer-item notes.
Source and destination stores must be different. At least one line item is required with a valid part and quantity.
