Core Exchange

Track rotable component core exchanges. When a serviceable unit is installed and the unserviceable core is returned to the vendor or pool, create a Core Exchange record to track the swap. Each line item records the old core’s serial number via the Core Unit Ref field. This guide covers creating core exchange issues and tracking the exchange workflow.
