My Todos

Manage personal tasks and action items. Todos appear on your dashboard and help you track outstanding work such as follow-ups, pending approvals, and reminders. Each todo has a title, optional description, due date, and priority level.

Browse Todos
1Open Todo List

Navigate to Dashboard → My Todos or go to /dashboard/todos. The page shows all your personal todos sorted by due date.

2Filter & Columns
ColumnDescription
TitleShort description of the task.
PriorityLow, Medium, High, or Urgent — colour-coded badge.
Due DateTarget completion date (overdue items highlighted red).
StatusPending or Completed.
CreatedDate the todo was created.
Overdue todos appear at the top with a red highlight. Use the search box to filter by title or description keywords.
Create a Todo
3Todo Details

Click + New Todo to open the form.

Due DateNoTarget completion date. Leave blank for no deadline.

4Submit

Click Create Todo to save. The todo appears on your dashboard widget and in the My Todos list.

Todos are private — only you can see your own todos. They are not shared with other users.

5Edit & Complete

Click a todo row to open it. You can edit the title, description, due date, and priority. To mark a todo as complete, click the Mark Complete button or check the checkbox in the list view.

Completed todos remain visible in the list with a strikethrough. They are not automatically deleted.
6Delete

Click the Delete button on any todo to permanently remove it. A confirmation dialog will appear before deletion.
