Balance & Status
/reports/store-balance — Current stock quantity and value per store. Filter by store, category, or ATA chapter. Shows part number, description, quantity on hand, unit rate, and total value.
/reports/stock-utilization — Parts issued vs received over a date range. Highlights fast-moving and slow-moving items. Useful for identifying dead stock.
/reports/expiry-stock — Parts approaching or past their shelf-life expiry. Colour-coded: red (expired), amber (expiring within 30 days), green (OK).
/reports/part-status — Current status of all parts: serviceable, unserviceable, in repair, quarantine, or scrapped. Filter by store and category.
/reports/part-bin-card — Complete movement history for a single part in a specific store. Shows each receipt, issue, transfer, and adjustment with running balance.
History & Movements
/reports/part-receipt-issue-history — All receipts and issues for a part over a date range, with document references (GRN, issue voucher).
/reports/part-consumption-list — Parts consumed (issued and not returned) over a date range. Grouped by aircraft or work order.
/reports/consumable-item-list — All consumable-category parts with current stock, average monthly consumption, and estimated months of supply remaining.
/reports/part-capitalization — Capital value of rotable and repairable parts in stock. Shows acquisition cost, current book value, and depreciation.
/reports/part-ori — Outstanding Repair Items: parts sent for repair that have not yet been returned. Shows vendor, date sent, and expected return.
Special & Registers
/reports/removed-item-balance — Components removed from aircraft pending disposition (bench check, repair, scrap, or return to stock).
/reports/unused-return-part-list — Parts issued to work orders but returned unused. Useful for identifying over-requisitioning patterns.
/reports/store-to-store-transaction — All inter-store transfer transactions over a date range. Shows source store, destination store, part, quantity, and transfer date.
/reports/store-to-aircraft-transaction — All store-to-aircraft material issues over a date range. Grouped by aircraft registration.
/reports/discard-register — Register of all quarantined and discarded (BER) items with reason, date, and disposition authority.
