1Open Reminders
Navigate to Reminders or go to /reminders. The page shows a grid of reminder cards, one per category. Each card shows the count of active reminders and a colour-coded urgency indicator.
2Reminder Cards
Click any reminder card to expand the full list of items. Each item links to the relevant detail page (e.g. clicking a part expiry reminder opens the part detail).

|---|---|---|
| Overdue | Red | Past the deadline — requires immediate attention. |
| Due Soon | Amber | Due within the configured warning window (typically 30 days). |
| Upcoming | Blue | Coming up but not yet urgent. |
Reminder Types

| Part Expiry | Parts approaching or past their shelf-life expiry date. |
| Minimum Stock | Parts with stock below the configured minimum level. |
| Core Returns Due | Core exchange units not yet returned to the vendor. |
| Quarantine Review | Items in quarantine awaiting disposition decision. |
4Procurement Reminders

| Invoice Due | Vendor invoices approaching payment due date. |

5Maintenance & Compliance Reminders

| AD/SB Compliance | Airworthiness directives approaching compliance deadlines. |
| Manual Revision | Technical manuals with pending revision updates. |
Reminder thresholds are configurable in Settings → Company Profile. Adjust warning windows for each reminder type based on your organization’s lead times.
