Training Records

Log training courses, track completion dates and validity periods, record grades and certificate references, and monitor overdue recurrent training.

Browse Training Records
1 Open the Training List

Navigate to HR → Training. The list at /hr/training shows all training records with employee name, training type, course name, completion date, and due status.

Click any row to view details. Click + New Training to add a new record.

2 Filter & Search

Use the Training Type filter (Initial, Recurrent, Type Rating, Safety, HF/CRM, etc.) and the Due Status filter (Current, Due Soon, Overdue) to focus on specific records.

3 Open the New Training Form

Click + New Training or navigate to /hr/training/new.

4 Fill Training Details

Validity (months)NoHow long the training is valid. System calculates the next due date.
Certificate RefNoCertificate or completion reference number.
GradeNoPass/Fail or score achieved.
RemarksNoAdditional notes about the training.
New training form with employee, type, course, provider, dates, validity, and grade fields
Set the Validity field for recurrent training (e.g. 12 months for annual HF/CRM). The system will automatically flag the record as “Due Soon” or “Overdue” when renewal approaches.
5 Submit

Click Create to save the training record. It appears on the employee’s profile page under the Training section and feeds into the HR dashboard’s overdue training KPI.

Overdue recurrent training may trigger DGCA audit findings. Monitor the HR dashboard’s Overdue Training KPI and address any gaps promptly.
