Navigate to Flight Ops → CRS Certificates or go to /flight-ops/crs.

| CRS Number | Auto-generated certificate reference. |
| Aircraft | Aircraft registration. |
| Work Order | Related work order reference. |
| Type | Aircraft CRS or Component CRS. |
| Issue Date | Date the CRS was issued. |
| Issued By | Name and license number of the certifying engineer. |
| Expiry Date | CRS validity expiry (if applicable). |
Filter by aircraft registration to see the complete CRS history for a specific aircraft.

4Certification Statement

| Certifying Engineer | Yes | Name of the licensed engineer issuing the CRS. |
| License Number | Yes | AME license number of the certifying engineer. |
| Work Description | Yes | Description of maintenance work performed. |
| Approved Data Ref | No | Reference to the approved maintenance data used (AMM, SRM, etc.). |
| Remarks | No | Additional certification notes or limitations. |
The CRS is a legal document. Only licensed engineers (AME holders) may issue a CRS. Ensure the license number and work description are accurate.
5Submit
Click Issue Certificate. The CRS is generated with a unique number and linked to the aircraft and work order. It can be printed for the aircraft technical log.
CRS certificates appear in the CRS Register and in the CRS Due report for tracking upcoming expiries.
