Dashboards
1Analytics Hub

/analytics — Central landing page with links to all analytics dashboards. Shows KPI summary cards (total inventory value, open POs, pending receipts, active vendors) and quick-navigation tiles.

2Executive Dashboard

/analytics/executive — High-level executive overview with key metrics: inventory value trend (12-month line chart), procurement spend by category (pie chart), top 10 parts by value (bar chart), and vendor distribution map.

3Inventory Health

/analytics/inventory-health — Inventory health scoring dashboard. Each part is scored on availability, age, turnover, and demand pattern. Radar chart shows health dimensions. Identifies at-risk items (dead stock, over-stocked, under-stocked).

Use the health score to prioritize inventory optimization actions — focus on parts with the lowest health scores first.
4ABC-XYZ Analysis

/analytics/abc-xyz — Dual classification of inventory: ABC (by value — A = top 20% by value) and XYZ (by demand variability — X = stable demand). Matrix view shows each part’s category. AX items = high-value, stable demand (ideal for JIT). CZ items = low-value, erratic demand (consider safety stock).

5Stock Turnover

/analytics/stock-turnover — Stock turnover ratio analysis. Shows how many times each part’s stock is consumed and replenished over a period. High turnover = efficient use; low turnover = potential dead stock. Bar chart ranks parts by turnover ratio.
